Skinny Water to be sold at over 120 locations in Philadelphia

May 23

In a May 19th press release Don McDonald, President of Skinny Nutritional Corp, says, “As part of our mass distribution plan for Philadelphia, the Lukoil Kwik Farm stores gives us a single serve ‘grab on the go’ cold sale. We will be doing sampling and co-promotions with Lukoil throughout the summer to drive both retail sales and local brand awareness for Skinny Water.”

Skinny Water is putting quite a bit of effort into this launch. In Delaware on May 20th they filled gas tanks for free and gave away bottles of Skinny Water, even Skinny Water mascots and Skinny Water girls were in attendance. There are five flavors in the lineup, Acai Grape Blueberry (Hi-Energy), Raspberry Pomegranate (Crave Control), Goji Fruit Punch (Shape), Passionfruit Lemonade (Total-V), and Peach Mango Mandarin (XXX-Detox). Every bottle of Skinny Water curbs appetite, and each flavor has a specific functional benefit that includes antioxidants, multi-vitamins, and energy.

LIVE Energy Drinks

May 13

Live Energy AcaiI already like this company, even though I haven’t had a chance to taste their products. In any case, Live Energy Drinks is a company on a mission – 50% of all profits go straight to charity. And of course, they wouldn’t be featured on this website unless they had something to do with the acai berry. Their product lineup contains four flavors; Original, Sugar Free, Green Tea and of course, Acai Berry!

” You don’t like to be sick. Neither do we. That is why LIVE Acai Berry is a specially formulated beverage of Acai berries, Cranberries, and Strawberries, providing the ultimate antioxidant powerhouse. Transforming you into a cape wearing, germ fighting superhero (sans tights, of course). It’s berry good for you!”

Each flavour supports a different cause. The acai berry flavor supports HIV AIDS research, citing four organizations on their company website. The Global Fund, National AIDS Fund, AMFAR and SF AIDS Foundation.
