Here’s a simple acai spirit recipe for the Acai Julep cocktail created by Jarod Vallon. If you can get yours hands on the VeeV Acai Spirit, visit their website for more cocktail recipes! Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be available in BC, Canada at this time. If you’ve tried it send me a quick note about what you think!

2 oz VeeV, 0.25 oz of kiwi puree, 0.25 oz mint infused simple syrup and a fresh sprig of mint. Combine all ingredients, shake well and serve over ice in a low ball glass.
