The seven new white teas will become instant classics and have special value. White tea is popular because it contains the highest amount of antioxidants and very little caffeine. Imperial Açaí Blueberry pairs white tea with “Superfoods” like blueberries and natural Açaí, it becomes a delicious – and an even healthier cup of tea. For those who prefer a spicier blend, Teavana’s White Ayurvedic Chai includes white and green teas mixed with bruised peppers, cinnamon, and lemongrass. It has a healthy kick that will excite taste buds. Peach Momotaro is a hand-tied artisan blooming tea which has a wonderful peach flavor, and actually blooms into a beautiful flower as it steeps. Finally, delicate hand-rolled white tea pearls and tropical fruit bits are combined in the rare and flavorful Frutto Bianco Pearls.
I do look forward to trying this blueberry, acai flavor tea. Tetley has a mango passionfruit acai tea, which was just too…mixed for my taste.
