I called 1-902-595-2682 and was told that I had been cancelled Aug 14. They said that their email address was vrzvitalsupport@gmail.com and I sent a cancellation notice to that address.
Previously I had sent cancellation notices to other addresses that Visa said were likely not their true home address. Hope this is effective. Please post other approaches. Visa indicated that they would work to stop the ongoing billing.

I'd like to confirm that Rez V Elite is a complete scam. I have tried to cancel my order but, sure enough, no one answers the phone nor do they respond to my email. I can't get a cancellation number to send to my credit card company so the charges continue. even if i cancel card, the charges will be attached to the new one. Nothing is 'free' online. They are all scams.
